TimeSite Pro provides you with integrated invoicing functionality based on timesheets submitted and approved by your management. These invoices can then be exported to your accounting package. TimeSite Pro can easily handle complex billing scenarios.

Productive Mobile App
TimeSite Pro’s mobile app for iPhone and Android smartphones enable your team to quickly record their timesheet and expense activity wherever they are. Locations are recorded when a job or activity is logged in the app. Timesheet details are automatically uploaded to our cloud servers. Tracking Chargeable & Non-Chargeable Time & Expenses
TimeSite Pro enables you to see whether you are deploying your resources effectively. Analyse billable and non-billable hours to discover where you can make better use of your resources. TimeSite Pro also enables your staff to record expenses via different expense units such as dollars, km travelled, pages scanned, and so on.
You can set budget thresholds and receive alerts when you exceed your budget for the project. This enables your management to keep a close eye on project profitability and quickly take action when needed.
Client Authorisation & Management Approval
TimeSite Pro enables your clients to authorise the work performed on a project prior to the final approval of submitted timesheets by managers. This ensures that accurate and pre-authorised invoices can be prepared by your accounting team.
You can set default cost and bill rates for each of your projects in TimeSite Pro. This enables you to ensure data consistency and accuracy as your staff record both time, cost and billing amounts for your client’s project.
Multiple Timesheet Formats
TimeSite Pro provides a variety of time tracking options including time entry by actual start and end time, time entry by variable units, and time entry via a duration timer. TimeSite Pro will greatly improve staff productivity.
TimeSite Enquiries and Reporting
TimeSite Pro provides you with a comprehensive array of pre-loaded dashboard, query and reporting options. You can even design and add your own reports. With TimeSite reporting, users can quickly access all project, resource and financial data based on live data. Reports export directly to PDF, CSV, XML and Excel files.
TimeSite Pro’s Enquiry screen enables you to drill down at any group level to see individual records. The enquiry detail screen is limited only by your imagination. You can filter on a number of key variables, select the columns to display, the fields to group, sort and total by. Key time tracking metrics are available on a management Dashboard for quick review and action.
