Do you offer different pricing models?

Yes, we offer two pricing models, one to suit staff who need to record and submit a regular timesheet, and a per weekly timesheet price that supports a casual staffing model.

Do I have to pay for administration users?

No, you pay only for resource users who require a timesheet; there is no subscription fee for administrators and client users. You can enable your clients to login to TimeSite Pro for authorisation and reporting purposes.

Can I change the number of users?

Yes, you can change the number of resource users at any time and your subscription fee is updated accordingly. Administrators and client users can also be added without change to your monthly subscription fee.

Do you offer volume and annual subscription discounts?

Yes, we have discounts based on the number of resource users managing their timesheet in TimeSite Pro. We also offer a discount for annual subscription payments. Contact our sales team ([email protected]) for details on our volume and annual discount arrangements.

Can I change my subscription plan?

Yes, you can change your subscription plan at any time. If you are downgrading your subscription (e.g. from Standard to Basic subscription), we will apply a pro-rated credit to your next invoice.

Are Award Rules and Rostering available with every subscription plan?

Yes, you can use our Award Rules and Rostering modules with any subscription plan. You can also cancel your optional subscription for these modules by contacting our sales team ([email protected]).

Can you provide implementation support?

Yes, you can discuss your implementation requirements with our sales team and request a services quotation. You can also request that we develop custom reports or even application customisations if required.

Can I mix plans

No, all users must be on the same plan.

Do addons if included apply to all users

Yes, if you select an add on it will apply to all licensed users in your subscription.

Can I cancel my subscription and export my timesheet data?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from the subscription management screen in our browser app. TimeSite Pro provides a number of ways to export your timesheet data to another system.

Can you customise screens or features?

Yes, we are more than happy to discuss additional requirements not currently available. In most cases these requirements can be incorporated into our product in which case we offer a fixed price subsidised quote for the required customisation. This work is subsidised because it not only satisfies your requirements but helps improve our product.
