Do I have to pay for administration users?
No, you pay only for resource users who require a timesheet; there is no subscription fee for administrators and client users. You can enable your clients to login to TimeSite Pro for authorisation and reporting purposes.
Can I change the number of users?
Yes, you can change the number of resource users at any time and your subscription fee is updated accordingly. Administrators and client users can also be added without change to your monthly subscription fee.
Do you offer volume and annual subscription discounts?
Yes, we have discounts based on the number of resource users managing their timesheet in TimeSite Pro. We also offer a discount for annual subscription payments. Contact our sales team ([email protected]) for details on our volume and annual discount arrangements.
Can I change my subscription plan?
Yes, you can change your subscription plan at any time. If you are downgrading your subscription (e.g. from Standard to Basic subscription), we will apply a pro-rated credit to your next invoice.
