Using a cloud based timesheet app couldn't be easier. With several different timesheet entry screens to choose from your staff will have an easy time of keeping track of their time. Each timesheet screen suits a particular type of business requirement, one of them will be the right one for you. Of course not all staff will be using a laptop or computer to enter their time, in this case the mobile app saves the day. The TimeSite Pro mobile app allows staff to enter their timesheets manually, via a timer, or by entering/exiting a geofence area (a project can be set to have an area, taking a mobile device with our app on it into this area causes the clock on/clock off process within the app to occur). Finally our app running on a tablet can be configured as a kiosk and in this mode users clock on or off using a pin number or facial recognition. Now if this list wasn't enough we also have a product (TimeMate Free - http://www.timematefree.com) that monitors your work on a PC and automatically populates your timesheet.

Once a timesheet has been completed it can be submitted for approval. This process is optional and is not enabled by default. Timesheet approval can be done again via the cloud (our web app or mobile app), the web app provides a tad more information to assist in the approval process which is rarely required but nonetheless available. If a user has entered time via their mobile app and have enabled location services then time records will have a gps location assigned to them, these locations can be reviewed when approving or reviewing timesheets. Timesheet records can be have their approver changed or can be sent back to the user with notes explaining what needs be done before submitting.

Payroll integration

Sending cloud based timesheet records to your payroll system is quick and easy. The records can be configured to be automatically sent once approved or via the export screen where timesheets can be selected based on a number of criteria. If you have expenses they can also be sent to your payroll system to be reimbursed.
Award interpretation

Award interpretation

If your employees are covered by an industry award you must ensure they are payed and supplied any relevant allowances as specified by the award. Our Award interpretation add-on will allow you to do this. It will calculate overtime, special rates, allowances and any other special conditions as dictated. These calculations are based on timesheets entered via the cloud and the rules within the award engine.

Expense recording via the cloud is a snap, using a browser records can be created and receipts or other documents can be attached. Expenses can also be recorded via our mobile app, enter the details and take a photo of the receipt - done!

Approve expenses

Expenses can be configured to require approval. This process is independent of the timesheet approval process. Generally expense approval is used to ensure records exported to payroll have been approved for reimbursement.

Timesheet reports are available via the timesheet screen, our reporting screen, the dashboard and finally the enquiry screen. All of these options allow you to review and analyse the timesheet records you and your staff have created.
