Want a bundy system? We call it a kiosk! Our kiosk allows you to setup a number of tablet devices for your staff to clock on and off using a pin no, their face or soon to be released their finger (they can keep their finger we just scan it). When someone clocks on to one kiosk device they can clock off on a different one, managers can also clock staff on or off via the web app.

Timesite can be configured to automatically add breaks to the shift or work day and our award engine can comfortably translate these records for import into your payroll ensuring you meet all your award pay conditions.

Mobile timesheets

Android? iOS? We have you covered. Our app works with or without a network connection, your staff can enter timesheets and then if you wish submit them for review. Your managers can approve the submitted timesheets also via the app.

If you enable location services then the app will record the GPS location whenever your staff create timesheet records. No location data will be collected unless your staff are clocked on or entering new timesheet records. Another benefit of our location services is the ability to associate an area with a job, when your staff enter this area with their mobile device they can be asked if they wish to clock on or be automatically clocked on and when they leave clocked off resulting in a completely hands free automatically completed timesheet - neat, right!

Manage your staff expenses with ease. Your staff can create an expense record via the web or mobile app. If they use the mobile app they can take a photo of their receipt and attach it to the record. If you wish you can then allocate managers to approve expenses, once approved they can be sent to your payroll system for reimbursement. Expense records can also be included in invoices sent to your clients either via Timesite or your accounting application.
