Manage your staff expenses with ease. Your staff can create an expense record via the web or mobile app. If they use the mobile app they can take a photo of their receipt and attach it to the record. If you wish you can then allocate managers to approve expenses, once approved they can be sent to your payroll system for reimbursement. Expense records can also be included in invoices sent to your clients either via Timesite or your accounting application.
